He has held key roles at major defense contracting companies such as Boeing, United Launch Alliance, Northrop Grumman, and RTX, successfully leading high-value projects and delivering measurable efficiencies. He has also served as an industry consultant, providing expert guidance in EVMS and Project Controls to various organizations.

Karlo holds an MBA in Finance and is a certified Earned Value Professional (EVP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Deltek Cobra Administrator, bringing both strategic insight and technical mastery to every client engagement.
