Elixir Value Management Systems (EVMS) is led by Karlo F. Menoscal, a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran with over 25 years of experience in aerospace, defense, and nuclear energy. Karlo is an Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Project Controls, and Program Finance SME. He has held key roles at major defense contracting companies such as Boeing, United Launch Alliance, Northrop Grumman, and Raytheon, successfully leading high-value projects and delivering measurable efficiencies. He has also served as an industry consultant, providing expert guidance in EVMS and project controls to various organizations.
Karlo holds an MBA in Finance and is a certified Deltek Cobra Administrator, bringing both strategic insight and technical mastery to every client engagement. Inspired by the themes of transformation and pursuing one's "Personal Legend" in Paulo Coelho's The Alchemist, Elixir Value Management Systems embodies the philosophy of unlocking potential and achieving extraordinary outcomes.
